By accessing or using BoxLok’s moving and storage services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. We may update our terms occasionally to better serve our customers.
To use our services, you must create an account using valid contact details (name, phone number, email, pickup address). All customers are responsible for keeping their login secure. You must notify BoxLok immediately if your account is compromised.
You must accurately declare the contents of any items stored with BoxLok Vietnam.
You are responsible for packing your items securely. We may refuse improperly packed goods or charge for repacking services.
You assume full responsibility for any prohibited, illegal, or undeclared items stored.
BoxLok does not accept the following items for storage or moving in HCMC:
Weapons, ammunition, explosive or flammable materials
Drugs, illegal goods, or banned substances
Food, beverages, liquids, or living animals
Cultural artifacts, cash, or high-value documents
Items emitting odors, pollutants, or health risks
If any such items are stored, BoxLok may dispose of them immediately. You are liable for damages or violations of Vietnamese law.
Fragile items (glassware, electronics, artwork, etc.) must be packed properly by the customer. BoxLok is not responsible for damage to poorly packed items.
Items valued over VND 1,000,000/kg must be declared in advance. Undeclared high-value goods are stored at your own risk.
BoxLok offers door-to-door pickup and delivery across HCMC.
Items are stored in secure, monitored facilities with optional insurance.
Monthly storage billing begins on the pickup date and renews automatically unless cancelled.
No deposit is required.
Minimum storage term: 1 month.
Customers may cancel anytime and request return of items (delivery fees may apply).
If unpaid for over 30 days, BoxLok may suspend service.
If unclaimed for 90 days, BoxLok reserves the right to dispose of items without further liability.
Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and apply only to storage services in HCMC.
Discounts may not be combined and can be changed at BoxLok’s discretion.
Misuse will result in cancellation of any offers.
We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or request repacking of any items that pose risks.
We may change or cancel services at any time for legal or operational reasons.
We may dispose of unclaimed or overdue items after 90 days.
BoxLok is not liable for indirect damages such as lost income, emotional distress, or business loss. Compensation is limited to the declared value of damaged items if applicable.
By using BoxLok’s expat-friendly storage service, you agree to our use of your personal information under our [Privacy Policy].

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. In case of conflict between this English version and the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
