For safety and legal reasons, the following items are not allowed in storage or transport:
Pets or animal products
Cultural artifacts or historical relics
Anything explosive, flammable, toxic, or smelly
Food, drinks, or liquids
Cash, banknotes, or anything that’s money-like
Anything illegal under Vietnamese law
🧯 If you’re not sure, ask. If we find banned items, we may dispose of them without notice and can’t offer refunds. You’re also responsible for any fines or legal issues that come up.
We’re happy to store fragile items (like glasses, electronics, or decorations), but they must be packed well.
That means:
Electronics (TVs, laptops, phones) should be cushioned and boxed
Mirrors and glass furniture must be disassembled and padded
No loose ceramics, crystal, or breakables in open containers
If it’s made of glass, stone, marble, acrylic, or similar, we may need to pre-approve it or refuse to store it unless it’s packed to survive a move.

We strongly recommend not storing irreplaceable or high-value items unless you tell us first. These include:
Passports, visas, IDs, and personal documents
Bank info, green cards, birth certificates
Art, antiques, collectibles, signed books
Jewelry or anything rare, expensive, or one-of-a-kind
If you have to store them, declare them in advance. That’s the only way we can offer proper protection under our insurance plans.
Anything valued over 1,000,000 VND per kilo counts as high-value.
