2. Is BoxLok Safe?
- Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
- Every bag is automatically insured up to 10 millions VND and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 20 millions VND per bag, during booking.
3. How do I meet BoxLok staff?
- After you book, we’ll send a confirmation via WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.
- Our support team is available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM local time in all the cities where we operate.
