SGN International Arrival: The Official BoxLok Luggage Pick-Up Guide

You’ve successfully booked your luggage storage with BoxLok! This guide ensures you know exactly where to go and what to do once you land at the Tan Son Nhat International Terminal (T2).

Important: This guide applies specifically to International Arrivals. If you are arriving on a domestic flight from within Vietnam, please contact us, as the procedures differ.

Phase 1: Pre-Arrival & Timing

To ensure a smooth transition from the plane to the streets of Saigon, please follow these two rules:

1. The "Confirmation" Reply

Check your email for your booking details (date, time, and bag count).

• Action: Reply with "Confirmed". Our team is only dispatched to the International Terminal curb once we receive this final confirmation from you.

2. Understanding the T2 Waiting Policy

The International Terminal has very strict "short-stop" rules for vehicles.

• Complimentary Waiting: 15 minutes.

• Waiting Fee: 50,000₫ per 30 minutes thereafter.

• Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, notify us 4 hours in advance to reschedule for free.

Phase 2: Finding the International Meeting Point

Once you land at International Arrival Terminal (T2), follow these navigation steps:

Step 1: Arrival Formalities

Complete immigration, collect your luggage from the carousel, and pass through the final Customs check.

Step 2: Exit to the Arrival Hall

Walk through the security doors into the arrival hall. You will see many people waiting. Walk straight outside to the open-air curbside area.

Step 3: Locate Column #12

Look up at the large numbers on the concrete pillars supporting the terminal roof. Walk to Column #12. This is the designated BoxLok handover zone for all international clients.

Phase 3: The Luggage Handover Process

Our goal is to get you on your way in under 3 minutes so you can enjoy the city!

• Spot the Blue: Look for our team members wearing the official Blue BoxLok Uniform.

• Bag Count: We will verify the number of bags against your booking.

• Security Seal: We will apply a security seal and a unique tracking label to each item.

• Receipt: You will receive a receipt. Please keep this safe, as it is required to reclaim your bags later.

Phase 4: Your Next Moves from Terminal 2

Now that you are luggage-free, here is how to continue your journey:

• For Domestic Transfers (T1): Exit T2 and turn right. It is a 7–10 minute walk to the Domestic Terminal.

• For the New Terminal (T3): Follow the signs for the dedicated airport shuttle bus.

• For Downtown (District 1/3): We recommend using the Grab app. It is the most reliable way to get a car from the International Terminal with transparent pricing.
