All LUGGO services guarantee safe, same-day baggage transport. Our collection and drop-off processes fit your specific travel itinerary.
1. Airport to Hotel (Arrivals)
Best for early arrivals or travelers who want to sightsee immediately upon landing.
Collection: Upon arrival, our agent greets you at the designated airport meeting point (Pillar 12 at the International Arrival Hall) for an in-person handover at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). We provide a complimentary 15-minute waiting period to accommodate your transit through the terminal.
Drop-off: We securely transport your bags to your accommodation. If your hotel offers a storage counter, we can drop your bags at the front desk at any time of day, and no surcharge applies. If an in-person handover is required instead (e.g., at an Airbnb or a hotel without a storage counter) and your requested meeting time is after 5:00 PM, the Outside Working Hours surcharge will apply.

Collection: Leave your bags at the front desk of your current hotel. Our team handles the pickup directly from the counter, so there's no need to wait around or transport heavy bags across the city.
Drop-off: We route your items straight to your next destination and safely deposit them at the new hotel's front desk, ready for your check-in.

Collection: We retrieve your bags directly from your hotel counter or Airbnb (in-person meeting only) after you check out.
Drop-off: Your luggage is safely routed to SGN airport. You will meet our agent at the designated terminal meeting point for an in-person handover right before you check in for your departing flight.
Extra Luggage: +100,000 – 150,000 VND per additional piece
Special Items (Golf clubs, surfboards, etc.): +200,000 – 300,000 VND per piece
In-Person Meeting Surcharge: 200,000 – 300,000 VND (Applies if a face-to-face handover is required, such as at an Airbnb or a hotel without a storage counter).
Outside Working Hours (Before 8:00 AM / After 5:00 PM): +100,000 VND per hour (Applies to scheduled in-person meetings falling outside our standard operating window).
Baggage Insurance: Every piece of luggage includes base insurance coverage of up to US$300 for delays, loss, or damage. You can upgrade your coverage up to US$600 per piece during booking for an additional fee.
Important Collection & Drop-off Instructions
Hotel Details: You must share the hotel booking name and reservation number with us at least 1 day prior to your service date.
Storage Confirmation: Please ensure your hotel offers luggage storage services. If they do not, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an in-person pickup (subject to the 200,000 – 300,000 VND In-Person Meeting surcharge).
Hotel Notification: For front-desk collection or drop-off where you will not be personally present, you must inform your hotel in advance about your luggage and confirm to hotel staff that LUGGO is the authorized service handling collection/delivery on your behalf. Once notified, the hotel staff's acceptance of the luggage at the counter is treated as receipt confirmation on your behalf.

Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking under the official framework of our Terms & Conditions.
Luggage Size & Weight Limits: Each bag must not exceed 32 kg (70 lbs) as regulated by official aviation guidelines, and total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 180 cm (70 inches). Accepted items include suitcases, cardboard boxes, backpacks, briefcases, ski bags, strollers, and special items (golf clubs, surfboards, etc.).
Sizing Rules: Each separate bag counts as one piece of luggage regardless of size. If a bag exceeds the specified weight or dimensions during check-in, we reserve the right to refuse it or charge an additional handling fee.
Unscheduled Late Fees (Airport Meetings): We provide a 15-minute free waiting period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, a late fee of 100,000 VND applies for every 60 minutes thereafter.
Liability & Damage: Please inspect your luggage upon pickup. Take photos immediately if you notice any issues and contact customer service. Once you (or, for unattended front-desk handovers, the hotel staff acting on your behalf per the Hotel Notification requirement above) confirm receipt of your luggage, the service is complete, and LUGGO is no longer responsible. Note: Insurance does not cover cosmetic damage to luggage handles/wheels, or external airfare/accommodation costs resulting from delivery delays.
